Matthew A. Noe Endowed Scholarship

To provide scholarship support to full-time students with demonstrated financial need who self-identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender. Preference will be given to students who have demonstrated leadership and involvement in promoting LGBT student activities, a positive identity for LGBT, or are majoring in Communications.
