Mayme Case O'Meara Scholarship Fund

To provide scholarship support to students, who are persons of good moral character and citizenship; that they have strong secondary school academic records; that they maintain reasonable academic records while attending the University; and, finally, and most importantly, that they have financial need for a scholarship in that they might not be otherwise able to attend the university without scholarship assistance for undergraduate college education.
